All ages and levels are welcome at our three-day weekend retreats. With decades of experience, Frank Jesse shows you how to get started, and build your yoga practice. One of Australia's most skilled Iyengar teachers, Frank makes yoga simple and fun; you'll laugh and stretch at the same time.
Between your daily yoga practices and Griffins Hill's scrumptious gourmet meals, walk or cycle through the Grampians National Park; rest, read or enjoy great company. Book a massage. Sample our local cafés and restaurants. Or simply soak up the stunning mountain views from our peaceful, architect-designed accommodation.

Retreat packages
We offer a range of retreat packages including accommodation in modern luxurious mountain view king rooms with ensuite facilities or twin share rooms with shared facilities. We also offer packages that allow you to choose an accommodation provider nearby. Prices range from $690 to $1050 per person
Transport
Transport: Griffins Hill, located 3 hours west of Melbourne, its a relaxing self-drive through Western Victoria's magnificent landscape. You can tick the rideshare option when booking, and we will help create a carpool, or there are a twice daily public transport services between Melbourne and Dunkeld and free transfers from the Dunkeld bus stop to the retreat.
Food
Retreat meals are a carefully crafted vegetarian fare prepared with fresh produce from the kitchen garden. Tea and coffee provided.
