Grampians National Park walking tracks adjoin the property, and the retreat packages include free time for walking.

Your Teacher

You will be taught by internationally-renowned and fully-accredited senior yoga teacher, Frank Jesse, who has taught and practiced yoga for more than 40,000 hours over 25 years. Frank has trained directly with BKS Iyengar, the founder of Iyengar yoga, and started the highly-successful Clifton Hill Yoga Studio.
Between classes, you will dine on superb vegetarian cuisine made from our extensive organic garden with other local products from the Grampians. Read how long is the ideal yoga retreat.
