Iyengar yoga courses, weekly yoga classes and yoga events

Yoga will help you loosen up, stretch out and build strength. Yoga alleviates back and joint pain. Yoga will help regulate hormonal changes during menopause. There are a million reasons why you should join a weekly yoga class, and you will love it. Iyengar yoga classes and courses run Monday to Thursday in Hamilton and Griffins Hill Retreat, Dunkeld. Beginners yoga classes are Tuesday 10:30 am and 6:30 pm at Dunkeld or Monday 7:00 pm Hamilton. We offer beginners to advanced levels and recommend private yoga sessions for specific needs including back and knee pain, high blood pressure, depression and to assist develop a personal home practice.

Saturday Yoga and Brunch ..Yummy

Get together with your friends and meet at yoga on Saturday morning and enjoy a healthy start to your weekend with yoga and a Griffins Hill brunch.

Sunday Yoga Workshop and Lunch ..Yummy

Relax and restore yourself with a special Sunday morning yoga workshop. 
The program includes Three Three-hour yoga workshop with senior Iyengar yoga teacher Frank Jesse.  

Suitable for beginners to advanced yoga practitioners. Visitors to the Grampians and Dunkeld region are welcome to join this program. 
Time  9:00am – 2:00pm Cost $105.00 includes lunch

The workshop is followed a delicious lunch prepared by Jane Gibb that includes Jane's excellent fresh organic home grown produce
