Yoga helps to alleviate back and joint pain.

Yoga will help regulate hormonal changes during menopause and strengthen your immune system. You should join a weekly yoga class for a million reasons, and you will love it.

We offer beginners to advanced levels and recommend private yoga sessions for specific needs, including back and knee pain, high blood pressure, and depression, and to assist in developing a personal home practice.

Costs: Beginners, General and Experienced, 8-week course $180.00 or $30.00 casual class attendance.   

Missed classes can be made up at an alternative class during the term but are not transferable from one term to the next. 
No refunds are provided once a course commences.                                                                              
Discounts are available online when booking more than one class per week.

General Level Yoga course: Tuesdays 10:30-12:00 am _16th April-4th June

Beginners Yoga Course: Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 pm_16th April-4th June

Experienced Level Yoga Course: Wednesday 6:00-8:00 pm_17th April-5th June

Class levels

 • Beginners:  New and ongoing beginners

• General:  All levels except new beginners

• Experienced:  Minimum two years of experience
