We offer classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We also offer private sessions for specific needs, like back and knee pain, high blood pressure, and depression. And if you want to create your own home practice, we can help you with that too.

Term 1 2025 Payment Options:

1) 8-week course Pass: $180.00, valid for this term only.

2) Casual class attendance: $30.00 

Missed classes can be made up at an alternative class during the term but are not transferable from one term to the next. 

No refunds are provided once a course commences.                                                                              
Discounts are available online when booking more than one class per week.

General Level Yoga course: Tuesdays 10:00-11:30 am _11th February-1st April

Beginners Yoga Course: Tuesdays  6:00-7:15 pm__11th February -1st April

Level Yoga Course: Wednesday 6:00-8:00 pm__12th February-2nd April

 • Beginners:  New and ongoing beginners

General:  All levels except new beginners

• Experienced:  Minimum two years of experience
