Iyengar Yoga Online and Studio classes

Yoga will help you improve your flexibility, strength balance and general wellbeing. Yoga helps to alleviate back and joint pain. Yoga will help regulate hormonal changes during menopause and strengthen your immune system. There are a million reasons why you should join a weekly yoga class, and you will love it.

We offer beginners to advanced levels and recommend private yoga sessions for specific needs including back and knee pain, high blood pressure, depression and to assist develop a personal home practice.

Costs: 8 class pack_$175.00 or $26.00 casual class attendance. Missed classes can be made up at an alternative class during the term but are not transferable from one term to the next. No refunds are provided once a course commences.  Discounts available online when booking more than one class per week, including our Job Seeker Package.

Eight Week Online & Studio Yoga Classes Term 1/2021

Monday-Intermediate  (12 months of experience minimum)

Tuesday-General  (For all levels)

Wednesday-Experienced  (Minimum of two years of yoga experience)

Term 2: 12th April - 2nd June ( Studio and online classes)


Class Levels: 

Beginners: no experience necessary

Intermediate: some prior yoga experience preferable, ideally completed 2 beginner courses

Experienced: Suitable for students who have been practicing yoga for more than two years

General:  Suitable for all levels except new beginners
