Five Day Retreat

Immerse yourself in yoga for five days and four nights, and emerge with a new focus and direction. If you practice yoga regularly, our five-day retreats are for you. Even if you are new to yoga, with his 40,000 hours of practice, Frank helps you strengthen and deepen your practice like never before. 


Walk or cycle through the Grampians National Park in the free time between your daily yoga practices and Jane Gibb’s scrumptious gourmet meals. Rest, read or enjoy great company. Book a massage. Sample our local cafés and restaurants. Or simply soak up the stunning mountain views from our peaceful, architect-designed accommodation.

Retreat packages

We offer a range of retreat packages including accommodation in modern luxurious mountain view king rooms with ensuite facilities or twin share rooms with shared facilities. We also offer packages that allow you to choose an accommodation provider nearby. Prices range from $1040.00 to $1990.00.


Transport: Griffins Hill, located 3 hours west of Melbourne, its a relaxing self-drive through Western Victoria's magnificent landscape. You can tick the ride share option when booking, and we will help create a car pool, or there are a twice daily public transport services between Melbourne and Dunkeld and free transfers from the Dunkeld bus stop to the retreat.


Retreat meals are a carefully crafted vegetarian fare prepared with fresh produce from the kitchen garden. Tea and coffee provided.
