Iyengar yoga courses, weekly yoga classes and yoga events

There are a million reasons why you should join a weekly yoga class, you will love it. 

Yoga will help you loosen up, stretch out and build strength. Yoga alleviates back and joint pain.  Yoga will help regulate hormonal changes during menopause. 

Iyengar yoga classes and courses run Monday to Thursday in Hamilton and Griffins Hill Retreat, Dunkeld. Beginners yoga classes are on Monday 7:00 pm Hamilton and Tuesdays 10:30 am and 6:30 pm at Dunkeld. 

We offer beginners to advanced levels and recommend private yoga sessions for specific needs including back and knee pain, high blood pressure, depression and to assist develop a personal home practice.

Dunkeld: Beginners, Intermediate and Experience Levels Commence:
• Beginners 8-week course commences Tuesday 30th January @ 10:30 am and 6:30 pm

• Experienced 8-week course commences Wednesday 31st January @ 6:30 pm

• Intermediate 8 week course commences Thursday 1st February @ 6:30 am

Beginners and Intermediate: 1 hour & 30 min sessions: Experienced: 2-hour sessions.

Class Levels:

Beginners: no experience necessary

Intermediate: some prior yoga experience preferable, ideally completed 2 beginner courses

Experienced: Suitable for students who have been practising yoga for more than one year

Saturday Yoga and Brunch ..Yummy

NEW  Get together with your friends and meet at yoga on Saturday morning and enjoy a healthy start to your weekend with yoga and a Griffins Hill brunch. 

Dates Saturday : January 27 : March 17 : April 7 : May 19 : June 2 : August 18 (2018) : October 20 (2018) : November 3 (2018). Cost $65 for yoga and brunch. Time : yoga 8 -10am then brunch till 11:30am Book here

Sunday Yoga Workshop and Lunch ..Yummy

Relax and restore yourself with a special Sunday morning yoga workshop. 

The program includes Three Three-hour yoga workshop with senior Iyengar yoga teacher Frank Jesse.  

Dates : January 28 : March 18 : April 8 : May 20 : June 3 : Aug 19 (2018) : Oct 21 (2018) : Nov 4 (2018)

Suitable for beginners to advanced yoga practitioners. Visitors to the Grampians and Dunkeld region are welcome to join this program.
