Iyengar yoga courses, weekly yoga classes and yoga events
 

Yoga will help you loosen up, stretch out and build strength. Yoga alleviates back and joint pain. Yoga will help regulate hormonal changes during menopause. There is a million reasons why you should join a weekly yoga class, you will love it. Iyengar yoga classes and courses run Monday to Thursday in Hamilton and Griffins Hill, Dunkeld yoga retreat. Beginners classes are Thursday 10:30am and 6:30pm at Dunkeld or Monday 7:00pm Hamilton.

 

We offer beginners to advanced levels and recommend private yoga sessions for specific needs including back and knee pain, high blood pressure, depression and will help develop a personal home practice. 

 

Term Two 2013

10- week Beginners  / Level one / Level two yoga courses commence

Tuesday 23rd April and run until 27th June

Level two-10 week course commences Wednesday 24th April 6:30pm

Level one/two-10 week course commences Tuesday 23rd April 10:30am and Thursday 25th April 6:30am

Beginners / level One-8 week course commences Thursday 25th April at 10:30am & 6:30pm 

Beginners level one 1 hour, 30 minute sessions. Level one/two 1 hour, 45 minute sessions. Level two 2 hour sessions.

Hamilton  Beginners/ level one classes

10- week Beginners / level One yoga course (no yoga experience necessary) commence

Monday April 22nd and run until June 24th.

Weekly classes each Monday at 5:30pm and 7:00pm. Classes run for 1 hour fifteen minutes.

Halls Gap Yoga Beginners/Level One 

Six week course commences Tuesday May 21st - June 25th 

Weekly class Tuesday 5:30pm at DSE Mural Room

Sunday yoga One-day retreat 

Relax and restore yourself with a special one-day retreat. Massage available (booking essential)

Program includes Three hour morning yoga workshop, afternoon restorative session, lunch and short break for reading walking or just relaxing. Cost $150.00 includes lunch or $130.00 for those enrolled in a course or who have attended a retreat in 2012.

Class levels

Beginners/Level One: Suitable for Beginners (no experience necessary) / Level One (some prior yoga experience).

Level One/two: Suitable for students who have been practising yoga for more than one year 

Level two suitable for students who regularly practice shoulder stand
