Iyengar yoga classes and courses run Monday to Thursday in Hamilton, Warrnambool and Griffins Hill, Dunkeld yoga studio.  New 8 week yoga Courses commence February 6th 2012. Beginners are encouraged to join the Thursday 10:30am or 6:30pm class in Dunkeld or Monday 7:00pm class in Hamilton. We offer beginneres to advanced levels .

8- week Beginners / level One yoga course (no yoga experience necessary) commence

Monday February 6th and run until March 26th.

Weekly classes each Monday at 5:30pm and 7:00pm. Classes run for 1 hour fifteen minutes.

Warrnambool . Beginners/ level one/two classes

6-week Beginners / level one/two course commence Tuesday 14th February - Tuesday 27th March. 

Level one/two 5:30pm -  7:15pm (some prior yoga experience )

Beginners 7:30 - 8:45pm (no yoga experience necessary)

Classes conducted at 62 Kepler Street Warrnambool

The course is inclusive of a one day workshop to be conducted at Griffins Hill yoga retreat Dunkeld on

Saturday 17th March 9:00am - 4:30pm beginners

Sunday 18th March 9:00am - 4:30pm level one/two
The workshop includes lunch and will focus on developing a home practice, the safe practice of inversions and restorative yoga.

Extend your yoga practice with one of our special Sunday retreats.

Program includes Three hour morning yoga workshop, afternoon restorative session, lunch and short break for reading walking or just relaxing. Cost $130.00 includes lunch.
